Infants - Total three doses or four doses:

Total three doses:

• First dose at 6–12 weeks
• Second dose 8 weeks later
• Third dose (booster) between 11 and 15 months

Total four doses:

• First dose at 6–12 weeks
• The next two doses need to be spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart
• The fourth dose (booster) can be given at least two months after the third dose, and it is recommended to be administered between 11 and 15 months of age
